Trolley on train/bus

Hi there will be heading to Beautiful days this year, we have a bell tent hired so want to take some bits n bobs that would be easier in a trolley... Only problem is we are coming by train. Which I assume means we will need to get a coach to site. I've researched the chances of getting on a train with trolley, but I'm worried about the other end on bus/coach. Has anyone travelled to site with trolley via train and bus? Thanks.

Not much help re trolley but if trying to travel via train on Thursday 18th please double check trains via 24hr National Rail Enquiries Line on 08457 48 49 50. Trains that are still running in the strike period are likely to be busier than normal.

Hi Erin

There's the crustybus running every 2 hours from Exeter St Davids station to site (check the BDs website for timings) and it's usually a Stagecoach double decker - if you can get the trolley on then you'll be ok. I've been impressed in the past about the size & quantity of what people can get on the bus, but obviously once it's full it's full

👍
