I usually caught at least 1 set in there each year, it was never particularly busy in there though so i'm not surprised it's gone by the wayside. -
Yeah I think your WH placings are based off what I did a good while ago now, before the poster came out, with a couple of small amendments. It's a bit out of date now, I think this is looking more likely from the poster placings: FRI: Jungle, Heilung, Danny Brown, Sugababes, Asha Puthli, Squid, Sofia Kourtesis, Alogte Oho & his Sounds of Joy SAT: Jessie Ware, Masego, Black Pumas, Nitin Sawhney, Corinne Bailey Rae, Cymande, Balming Tiger, Dub Terror SUN: Justice, Nia Archives, Brittany Howard, Jordan Rakei, Noname, Steel Pulse, Jalen Ngonda, Matthew Halsall

I haven't done it but a friend did Loo Crew for the first time last year whilst I did Oxfam for the first time. What he had to do seemed a lot more cushty than me. For example, he had to sign in to each shift at the Wateraid campsite whilst I had to be at my shift location at the start of my shift - so travel time to his shift location was included in his shift while mine wasn't and it can be a very long way to where your shift is. His team had a set route of loos to clean for his shift and once his team had done them they got to end for the day (he said they always finished early). I had to stay at my post for the whole shift and could only leave once the team replacing us had arrived - which wasn't always at the correct time! If I hadn't got a coach ticket this year I was planning to try for Wateraid, I did a 6 mile sponsored swim and raised a few hundred quid for them in September last year so I was hoping that would help my chances of getting a place. -

New Taskmaster already! Looks like a great cast. I think Sophie Willan will baffle Greg even more than Lucy Beaumont did last series. Potential for utter chaos from her. -
“Bands” as a whole are pretty much dead now, it’s far easier to market an individual in the social media world Fender would have deffo been a band back in the day, it’s amazing how many “solo” acts feature on the lineup now compared to back in the day …just 2 out of 30 acts in 2008 were marketed as solo artists 20 out of 39 in 2023…
