Then it was slightly different times on the festival website and their various social media channels, presumably as they rushed to catch up having not expected to go live until later.

*Looking at their Twitter post, it was 09:32, and then Facebook is timed at 09:36.

Precedent suggests it's certainly significant if it's multiple changes. Less so if it's the odd one (unless Gnom can give more details as to what change took place).

Potentially. It just went to Error establishing a database connection. They may be doing stuff or it way just be loads looking or a brief system error. 

But it is the first monitor pinged for weeks.
