Off topic, 

In short came home to find no tickets delivered for a gig tomorrow night. Does anyone know how to speak to someone at Ticketmaster? I'm going round in circles getting nowhere !

Sure they’re not e tickets that you need to print or tickets that will be a QR code on the ticketmaster app?

If they're definitely physical tickets, go to the box office of the venue an hour or so before doors (when it's quietest, be considerate to the staff!) and just let them know what's happened. Make sure you have some form of ID and your booking confirmation woth your order number, etc.

They should be able to print you off a new ticket.

Nah, got text at glasto to say etickets cancelled posting out tickets, green Day in Glasgow.  Last min ditch of QR codes and sending out paper tix. Couldn't get chat working on mobile...

Thanks for advice, they replied to my email after an hour .as above to take I d. Etc to box office. Got in a flap, just home from glasto and this gig tomorrow 🙂
