+1 more here, I've never had Covid before but had accepted it was likely to happen at Glastonbury. Got a pretty immediate and very dark line on a LFT yesterday.

Same as quite a few here… First time I’ve had it, currently got a sore throat and a little bit of a cough, line came up almost instantly on the test.

Tested negative yesterday morning and have no symptoms per say just general tiredness post festival.

Now feeling left out given it seems every other fucker has it!

My group all have it now. I'm the only one who didn't catch it but I'm guessing that's because I caught it at Slamdunk a few weeks ago.

Just gonna play devil's advocate here....covid has a 10 day shelf life...glasto is 5 days and the current strain of covid very few people have any symptoms of note that'd be classed as more then a cold anyway....how many of you panicing about testing now did so before glasto? Please don't give the media the hype they need to call for events like this to be banned over what is no more then a fucking cold for the huge majority now anyway? 

It's panic spread like this that will be used to justify another lockdown and masks again etc and yes even a cancellation of live music again. 

 

throw the tests away, get on with your lives and If you do feel a bit rough just chill out a bit till you get over it, same as literally any other illness ...this putting covid on a pedestal above all as if it's fucking ebola is so harmful it's beyond belief.  As I've said before as well there are hundreds of airbourne viruses you 'could' catch that are just as harmful to vulnerable people etc so why aren't you worried about them? Oh right we don't track and hype and get paranoid about those do we? Because we aren't told to. That's literally all it is. Stop being your own worst enemys.

Few mentioned previous infections in the replies but am interested- did any of those positive have it in the past few months? Like Feb onwards?

It effects people different doesn't it, I'm fine, Mrs isn't. It's not just a cold as can be seen by the 2 years of hell we've just been through.
