Rosspoodle Posted June 14, 2022 Report Share Posted June 14, 2022 Hi all, We're all rather panicked right now but our tickets have not arrived, tracking shows they were signed for by someone in our name. We were away at the time and they have not been found through our letter box nor with our neighbours. Contacted seetickets who insist due to the tracking thay they were delivered, advised us that they cannot be reprinted and to contact royal mail. We reached out to royal mail who advised us that it appears they were not delivered through our door but we should contact seetickets for next steps. So we went back to seetickets who are not interested in resolving this and just say to contact royal mail. Please advise on the next steps here?! incident Posted June 14, 2022 Report Share Posted June 14, 2022 Talk to See. That's who your contract is with, and until the tickets reach you it's ultimately their responsibility. Don't accept their false claim that they can't do anything - they can, and they're obliged to. Talking to Royal Mail is only useful in the sense that they can confirm to See the delivery didn't reach you. You're not RMs customer - See are. Talking to GFL is only useful in the sense that they can maybe put more pressure on See. But ultimately, it's See that need to sort this. Just a bit lost at the moment and need to know how to escalate this. If nothing gets resolved before hand we will just have to go to this box office at gate a I keep hearing about on here and discuss it there I guess? We went door knocking and they were posted to the same house number on the next street over! So nice of that person to not redeliver a special delivery letter to the correct address.
