Tickets got sent back to SeeTickets - worried :(

In a pickle here. My wife and I were away when our tickets were delivered (24th May) and the post office said they sent the tickets back yesterday. With seetickets being notoriously bad at communicating we’re really worried that they will just discard/refund the tickets when they receive them back. Should we be optimistic that they will send the tickets back out to us in time? Only got next week really 😞 . Also what would be our chances if we turned up and tried to retrieve the tickets from the box office on the Wednesday?

You need to get in contact with them immediately. Worst case, they may end up cancelling the original tickets and issuing replacements which you will have to collect at the Box Office at Gate A.
