Well, it's that time of the year, so here we go. I'll update from time to time.

The issue is that with it being so dry, any heavy rain is going to run down the hills and cause flooding.

Not been a problem for years? Remember 2014, a thunderstorm ran straight into the ditches and we all carried on as if nothing had happened.
