Ticket query

Hi i got tickets for 4 friends, 3 in london and one in portsmouth. The three in london' tickets are being sent direct to their home but for some reason the friend in portsmouth's ticket is being sent to my address. I live in scotland, his ticket hasnt been dispatched yet,  is it too late to change the delivery address?

I wouldn't risk it at this stage, but maybe you could check via a chat session with See on whether that's feasible?

I was thinking it might be risky, i'll check out the chat but it might be best to just send it on to him once it gets here. Thanks 😃

Be very VERY careful sending tickets via Royal Mail or any other postal service. Personally I'd say don't do it at all, but if it's unavoidable then protect yourself to the hilt.

Once the tickets are signed for, at that point they become your responsibility. Historically, See have point blank refused to replace/reissue tickets that are sent on and lost in the mail - we get threads on here every festival moaning about it and ultimately if it happens then it's unlikely you'll get a positive result.

Tickets are sent to whatever address was provided when paying the balance / buying in the resale in March which is why you'll be getting them,

Thanks, thee ticket is on its  way here now. We have send it to portsmouth so we'll send special delivery and i'll take photos before we send it off. It'll be a white knuckle job until we know he has his ticket.
