I’ve done the same. I’d just accept a GA ticket at this point

Who in reality is holding SeeTickets accountable?

Surely someone from GFL is aware they've technically broken T&C's from when you all purchased your coach tickets?

Not sure if the T&C here mention it:

Sales will be processed immediately. For the avoidance of doubt please check your bank/card statement following your transaction to be certain whether or not your payment has been successful. Please note some online statements may not show the transaction for up to 72 hours. You can check your order status here: https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice. If your transaction hasn't been processed within 72 hours, contact See Tickets immediately. Any transaction that results in a charge back or payment dispute will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to pay for the tickets.

PAYING YOUR TICKET BALANCE

You will have a week commencing 1st April 2020 to pay the remaining balance of £215 per person plus booking and transaction fees.

If you have not paid your balance by 7th April 2020, or you decide to cancel your deposit, you will be charged an administration fee of £25 per ticket. An additional £10 administration charge will be retained from any cancelled coach packages. (£25 ticket cancellation fee + £10 coach cancellation fee). You will be sent a reminder email when the deadline is approaching. However, ultimately you are responsible for paying your ticket balance.

IMPORTANT COACH TRAVEL INFORMATION

Please note this confirmation email is NOT your coach ticket, your coach e-ticket will be emailed to you prior to departure. Your coach e-ticket will display your confirmed pick up point and time of departures. You must use the e-ticket to board the coach. Your coach e-ticket(s) will be emailed to the address provided on your ticket registration(s). If for whatever reason you do not receive your coach e-ticket, please contact us no later than 7 days before your departure date.

Passengers will need their coach e-ticket for both inbound and outbound journeys. All coach e-tickets are checked. The responsibility for the safekeeping of the coach e-ticket is with the ticketholder.

Travel on your chosen coach is mandatory in order to receive your Festival tickets, which will be handed out mid journey on the coach to each individual registered ticket holder. All ticket holders must be present on the coach in order to collect their ticket. All ticket holders will be required to show Photo ID to receive Festival tickets. Under no circumstances can a coach package ticket be exchanged for a standard admission ticket. Coach packages are strictly non-transferable.

DEPARTURE TIMES

A SINGLE journey option means you are NOT eligible to return on any See Coach. A RETURN journey means you will be returning to your chosen departure point on Monday 29th June 2020.

Where journey times are not stated, you must be available to travel at any point on your chosen day (AM/PM). Your departure time will be confirmed on your eTicket. All departure times / points will be released no later than 30 days prior to the event. Requests for specific or alternative times cannot be facilitated as it is not possible to assign people to specific services or times.

Please note - If you have booked from Bristol or London your departure town and times of departure are also listed above FOR EXAMPLE - LONDON SINGLE TRAVEL (DEP 08:00) would mean your coach will depart from London at 08:00am with no return journey. And LONDON RETURN TRAVEL (DEP 07:00 RET 09:00AM) would mean your coach will depart from London at 07:00am and return from Glastonbury Coach Park on Monday 29th June at 09:00am. All times are listed in 24 Hour format.

Please note that times and departure points are subject to change, due to circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. It is not possible to cancel part of the package - if you are unable to travel on your allotted coach you will need to cancel your ticket booking.

For Return Ticket customers: In order to facilitate a speedy departure from the Festival site, See Coaches reserve the right to board passengers outside of scheduled departure times, should seats be available on alternative services.

ON BOARD

All of our coaches will have a 'SEE COACHES' sign in the window. Please note there are usually no specific numbered bays used for bus stations or coach bays (unless stated) - Be at the designated point and look for the See Coaches sign on the coach, then board the coach number that corresponds to the one listed on your e-ticket.

Please ensure you are present at least 15 minutes before your advertised departure and return times. Coaches will not wait for latecomers under any circumstances and will depart without passengers who have not arrived on time. No refunds will be entitled for this occasion.

You will arrive at the Glastonbury Festival dedicated coach park, which is located next to Pedestrian Gate A. Please note this is where all coaches arrive and depart from. Ensure you exit from your coach safely as there will be lots of moving vehicles in this area and calmly make your way to wristband exchange, which is a short walk from the coach park.

Please do not bring an excessive amount of luggage on the coach. We would advise to bring one large bag/rucksack and one tent/sleeping bag per person, plus one piece of hand luggage. Trollies or Wheelbarrows are not welcomed. Remember there are lots of other passengers on the coach and we cannot be held responsible if your luggage will not fit on the coach.

Smoking is not permitted on board any coach. Drinking and eating is at your driver's discretion - please check with your driver as you board. Coach drivers reserve the right to refuse travel to passengers under the influence of alcohol if they feel they would pose a danger to other passengers. In such case no refund or compensation will be entitled.

Please be aware that for certain services where estimated travel time is two hours or less, See Coaches will not always provide vehicles with toilets on-board. If this is the case, drivers will be fully briefed pre-journey in order to accommodate stops where necessary.

ACCESS FACILITIES & CHILD SEATS

All passengers including children aged 12 and under, and Personal Assistants allocated tickets under the Disabled PA scheme, must purchase a valid coach ticket in order to travel.

If you are travelling with children aged 12 or under, who do not require an entry ticket for the festival, or a PA allocated tickets by the Access Team you will need to book the required number of additional seats whilst making their Coach Package booking.

If the additional seats required are not available when booking, please contact coachtravel@seetickets.com upon completing your booking in order to enquire if it's possible to purchase additional coach seats (NB: standard fares apply).

Please note additional seats are extremely limited and served on a first come, first served basis. Once these have sold out we cannot accept further applications for additional seats.

See Tickets cannot guarantee all coaches will have wheelchair access and storage facilities. If you require wheelchair access or wheelchair storage you must contact coachtravel@seetickets.com no later than 30 days prior to departure to ensure the appropriate facilities can be provided.

Customers wanting to register for any of the Festival's access facilities, including the PA Scheme, must contact the Festival's Access Team to request the Access Application Pack.

The Access Application Pack will be available in November by emailing accessibility@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk.

The deadline for all access applications is the 20th March, however due to the high demand for these facilities we do recommend customers completing the form and returning this to us as early as they can.

For further information please refer to the Access Information on the Festival website.
