Tea time email I reckon. Will be checking the order page to see if news is on there first.

Seetickets might be blocking my IP address the amount I’ve been refreshing it

I guess week commencing could also mean the weekend? Unlikely but still…

That’s a very good point, I imagine it’s just one intern at seetickets trawling through them with a big spreadsheet, poor kid

I'm excited for the emails to land and I'm not even going on a coach 😂

I’m excited to see you’re excited about the emails … and excited to get mine of course … gives some decent structure to the build up and I’m leaving from my home town … 15mins walk away

Forgive my absolute ignorance but what do you coachers know so far?

The day you're departing? So you're just waiting on exact time yeah?

Yes exactly this, and given most people live in another part of the country, the time is very important to the plan for the day and logistics of getting to the coach!

Do the coaches run throughout the day or does it tend to be mornings?

As in surely no one will be leaving at say 6pm?

Some departure points you booked the exact coach. (Bristol, London). The others we book the day but have to wait for this email to know the time. Could be 5am could be 2pm. If you're coming from the North or Scotland it can make a big difference to your plans!

I'd say between 6am and 12 midday although I don't know. Guessing locations closer to the festival will run later services

I think it depends on location, the last coach from me is normally about 12/1 I think

I know what day I'm leaving ...that's it at the moment.

I'm going from Oxford which sometimes has AM and PM coaches so which coach I'm on will heavily affect arrival plans, camping spots etc.

Yeah that late departure up north is an absolute pain …. Fortunately the later one for me is 2ish and I’m an hour or so away …. Makes quite a difference to some

Would pretty much wipe out the entire Wednesday bar arriving to pitch up and have a couple of late night drinks.

A late departure on the Thursday would be awful for me!

Is there much to the annecdotal evidence that resale gets you a later coach ?

My thought would be that you would be assigned the times of whoevers space you ended up buying. Again, no idea but my thought is they probably assign times loosely when the tickets are first bought. If you get an earlier coach the earlier you actually get in and buy your tickets... you could have bought someones space who was in and purchased 1 minute into the sale.

Of course that could be complete nonsense.

No. My last resale coach got me on a 7.30 coach from Brighton. We used to have AM & PM departures but they just switched to all AM so resalers just got what what was available.
