Is the hario mill suitable for espresso machine grind, or does it not go down that fine?

On paper it should - I've never ground that fine but I will have a play and let you know. It certainly grinds very evenly. However I imagine it would take an extremely long time to get it that fine!

I quite like Nescafe Azera, I find myself reaching for that more often than not, yet I have 2 commercial bean to cup machines at my disposal, that can make me a latte, flat white, espresso or cappuccino from freshly ground beans and fresh milk at the touch of a button.

Azera just tastes amazingly good for an instant.

Should I be punished?

I think Azera is a bloody good instant. Sometimes you want mashed potatoes, sometimes you want smash! 😂

An update. First of all, a confession. Due to this thread, I had no choice but to upgrade my coffee grinder to the Timemore C2.

The C2 does indeed get you a half decent espresso grind, although it took me about 5 minutes of going at it compared to 30 seconds for my V60 grind.

Going to enjoy some @worthy_brews for breakfast and then top up on Camper Coffee, Proper Coffee and hopefully espresso-based drinks from San Remo if they have the same set up as the before times when they were The Beat Hotel. Fingers crossed.

IT'S SO CLOSE NOW! CANNOT WAIT TO SEE EVRYONE THERE ❤️
