I think I remember someone mentioning them, so would be a good shout. Splendour looks class on the saturday.

That would be to strong for me, especially last few years of godiva. Anne-Marie is in Ireland doing Electric Picnic on the Friday I thought.

be the Saturday. That guy with Libertines info for Friday is right. Anne Marie is one of my must see's so by Wednesday it'll be one of the other. Tbh, at the cost of Godiva I'd be tempted to just buy it anyway

The info on libertines also said a bill of local bands to support that night. expecting candid, idle noise, blush puppy (FKA free galaxy) maybe

Oh right. Just seems an odd festival that Ann Marie would play. She's playing arenas and big festivals around Europe. Would also mean playing Ireland/England/Germany on consecutive days.

Yes the general thought was that it was strange. I wouldn't go for Tom Greenan alone and if she's not there then I will just got Nottingham Splendour.

It's quite local to me, so will do it anyway with the kids.

Its not crazy distances from me either although getting into Coventry on an event day is awful!

Always found it easy, but I get the train in and walk up to the site.

Its a bit of a pain in the arse the tickets going on sale at 7am...

I'll be happy if its Libs and a couple of decent indie bands subbing...shame the indie 'day' is only really an evening though.

Bit of a long shot but saw Tom Clarke supporting OCS at Xmas and he said The Enemy are touring later this year. Just had a look and they are doing dates in Sept so if they are saying local bands are supporting Libs they might be a shout? I liked them but was never a massive fan but he was actually really good.
