In 2019 we paid for 2 park spots and they only posted one car sticker

I emailed in and got a refund almost instanteously

Yeah that's the bit I don't know.   I've waited years for this.  Imagine it all ended because someone you can't speak to got the wrong end of the stick.

Wouldn’t risk it personally, sell it on to mitigate your losses.

I actually did it. I bought a car parking ticket without remembering that i already booked one for the WV car park back in 2019.

I used the form and made VERY clear that i only wanted to refund the car parking. Got an email back the next day confirming and the money back in my account within 3 days. According to see tickets website the entry ticket is still there but i understand the concern!

 £50 is a lot of supermarket beers for the festival!

Honestly can't believe some of the responses in this thread. 

Do it in writing and make it explicitly clear that you just want the parking ticket refunded. You still want to keep your festival tickets.

If on the 0.0001% chance the person makes a mistake and cancels your festival ticket then you will 100% get it back.

I wrote to them as follows a couple of weeks ago:

We have decided to travel by coach so would like to get a refund for our car park ticket only. We still need our festival tickets.

 

The parking refund has been processed fine. Can still see the festival tickets. No dramas.

In the email don’t mention the festival tickets at just car parking. That way they can’t get confused.
