No East is the same size I think.  We've had to relocate from West to East this year - looking forward to the change to be honest. B&W sounds like it should be a ball ache but the folk who have camped there who post on here always seem to have nice things to say about it.

It sounds like swings and roundabouts really depending on what matters to you - obviously with West the extra wrinkle of needing to gt the shuttle bus is a pain, but being based at a permanent facility that's laid out for this kind of thing definitely has it's own advantages. The site is laid out in a way that everyone will have a proper tarmac road going straight to their pitch so getting in and out should be much easier especially if there's weather issues. The B&W site also has several permanent toilet+shower blocks dotted around and for some people that alone may massively outweigh the location of the East CV fields.

My understanding is the difference is mostly a psychological thing. B&W means a shuttle bus, but it’s only about 10 minutes, whereas there are plenty of places you could be pitched in CVE that are well over a 10 minute walk from PGC.

Assuming there’s a bus ready to go when you want it to go and there isn’t a massive queue for it.
