Right as we have no announcements and I’m very excited having paid my balance, how much does everyone think a pint will be this year in the main bars and can they remember what it was in 2019?

I’m going for £6 a pint (unless it was already that in which case up it by 50p)

I also remember places like the Bimble being way cheaper, is there a reason for this?

Hope they ban Brewdog

that was the only lager available at lost village last year... really not the best stuff at all, should be banned on that alone

I reckon you'll still be able to grab a pint for a fiver in some places, but largely £6-£7 (if i remember correctly a pin tat avalon inn was £7 in 2019)

for what it's worth i'd love to see Camden Hells make an appearance, even if it will be extortionate

Assuming Carlsberg still have the contract at Glastonbury, there's almost no chance of that with it being owned by one of their biggest competitors.

The last few years the only decent (ie non-Carlsberg / San Miguel) lager has been found at the Theatre Bar - and in 2019 the choice was severally diminished compared to 2016/17.

The memory is fading, but I think that in 2019 they'd removed the continental imports, and the Theatre Bar was offering a couple options from Brooklyn Brewery.

don't remember poretti, but to be honest after day 2 it simply became "a pint of lager please" so it could've been anything.

do we reckon if there is a co-op that they'll sell some cans this year? seem to remember that it was an uncertainty right up until the week before the festival last time, i don't know if they've ever offered them in the years before or not

Not at the Glastonbury one. I think it’s due to the fact camping and stages are mixed
