We had one person in our group cancel their deposit and I think that's what it relates to.

If you track your ticket on see ticket order finder it will still show up with a separate line for the person who has cancelled their deposit.

Thanks, that may be it. My brother died last year and maybe his wife has just cancelled the ticket? Will check with her. Thanks for the reply.

I got the same email and it said the deposits had been cancelled but when I logged in it was just the one mate who had cancelled it.

That’s awful news, sorry for your loss.  Best to double check that your ticket is ok. The see ticket order tracker will show the status of your ticket if you input your ref and post code.  I do that regularly just to make sure!

Were you the lead Booker? My girlfriend was the lead Booker in our group and she also just got that email. One of our group has cancelled their ticket though so I’m hoping it’s just that.

Seems like a bulk email about refunds going out today then … hopefully will all be fine for the OP , the kind of stress no one needs though .. it should all be fine though

Just logged on my see tickets account and 5/6 tickets are still there, phew! I was absolutely shitting myself for a minute there.

You won’t be the only one doing that! I even occasionally ask for a resend of the confirmation. Once the balance is paid this uncertainty goes away only to be replaced by the ticket delivery anxiety

Which reminds me that I need to update my address details. I’ve moved house since the tickets were bought.

Anyone else in the same situation?
