Pattern isn't shifting. Wet Sat and Sun looks nailed on. Bollocks.

Showers with a 20-40% chance of rain is hardly the end of the world. I'm happy with the forecast as it stands.

edit: just seen all day rain. Yeah, thats not good. Agreed.

yeah if it's going to rain, then raining towards the end of the festival so there's no mud to deal with until then,  is the best.

It'll be pissing down on us when the bands are on.

Much happier to stand in mud with dry skies than getting drowned trying to enjoy the music. Which is what we have now. Well, we have both. Mud and rain.

Sunday a shocker aswell.

Worst weather in living memory.

At least Friday looks ok now with a fine temperature, any rain won't be producing mud at that point.

This finger of low looks slightly thinner so there's still hope that it gets chopped off completely. We won't really be sure about Saturday and Sunday until Wednesday and Thursday respectively, so we've got time still.

We're still looking at rain predictions 5 days out. That's just about the hardest thing to predict this far in advance. We're likely looking at showers and cooler temperatures, but it could end up just being a cloudy day with the odd brief shower at this rate. Unfortunately we probably won't know the detail until Friday night/Saturday morning, as was the case this past weekend.

SUNDAY

Dry over night, but the rain comes back in at 9am. Highs of 15 again.

There's also some torrential stuff now showing in the area for Sunday night. Again, it's dry overnight!

But is there a small glimmer of hope here? The low is further west. Could it yet move out further west?

MONDAY

Dry for departure.

SUMMARY

Another downturn and no sign of the weekend being rescued by the high. We're running out of time for this time improve too much. Really just need to hope that, like this weekend just gone, the rain predictions are wide of the mark this far out.

Even more annoying in this run, it's dry overnight but wet in the day!
