Bone hard ground until possibly Saturday with very wwrm weather before. Trainers and walking boots. Its not going to rain heavy enough on the Sunday to break it upnthat badly for wellies.

Friend at the environment agency just gave me their forecast, and pretty much lines up with what is being shared here. No fears of a deluge anywhere, but showers dotted about toward the end of the week.

Definitely taking wellies but will get away with trainers until Friday I reckon.  Then DMs on Saturday and probably wellies on Sunday going by the latest forecasts.  

Could be a lot lot worse.

Yea, jeans are a big nono at festivals, unless you want chaffing pretty much everywhere whatever the weather.

I tend to bring some medical gloves for getting boots on and off. Solves the problem!

If it’s really that muddy, then wear gaiters. Solves the mucky laces problem and prevents splash over the tops of the boots.
