12Z operational not having any rain for 2 weeks.  Other runs show some but not biblical. Operational run tends to have the most accurate data fed in.

Yup. Couldn't sit down anywhere on any grass, missed a load of acts due to the walk times between stages being ridiculous. Wasn't fun at all

No rain of note on Saturday and Sunday of this weekend. This is the worst of it.

The troublesome low is pushed north-east. But where will it go next?

Absolutely no rain from Sunday through to gates open on Wednesday.

19 degrees.

 

High pressure update!

On Sunday it was in the balance as to which way 18Z was going to throw the low.

By Monday, the high was winning out. But that little pocket to the south is bringing some heavy rain to northern France. One to watch...

And by Tuesday, it was High 4, Low 1!

And holding firm.

Red means red hot 

orange means warm to hot

yellow means just right

green means coolish /cloudy 

light blue - rain 

dark blue - lots of rain ☔️

At what point would you say it's safe to lock the predictions in?  Maybe 2-3 days before the festival?
