For anyone who's tickets haven't yet arrived, this is what they have put out today on Facebook.

HEAD FOR THE BLUE GATE
Bring printed confirmation of your booking, ID and proof that you have raised a query (email or message) with the ticket outlet or with us and we will issue replacements. This applies to whole booking or one part missing i.e Car Parking Pass.
 
ACCESSIBILITY BOOKINGS - HEAD FOR RED GATE
If you have booked space for parking or camping or have Access requirements and have not received your tickets please head for Red Gate.
Bring printed confirmation of your ticket booking, ID and proof of confirmation with our team that you require space in the Accessible Campsite or Car Park.
 
Thank you for your patience and again, apologies for any frustration. We are on site getting ready and we can't wait to see you x
