Not sure there are any places you can see in from the road apart from to the car parks. The main site is hidden away in a valley

Finding it difficult to orientate myself relative to the Hope Tavern on there. Is that the stage build on the right, and tavern on the left, as if so its moved since I last went.

Woah - looks like many more than when I last stewarded it. Where are they all going - briefing? Is Gavin and Katrina running it again this year?

I'd imagine it's all stewards working over the whole weekend, just going for a site walk to familiarise themselves before everyone arrives.

Briefing/H&S course tent is by Blue Gate Box Office.

To the briefing - It was supposed to be in the Big Top but the stage was still being rigged so it was held just outside.

I'm not comfortable naming the coordinators on here (though I assume it'll be easy enough to figure out from the Facebook group if you want to dig), but are you getting confused with Bearded?

I've worked with them at Bearded and BD in the past where they have been running it, and they've certainly been about when Ive worked Boomtown and Shambala as well I think. Was wondering whether they were still doing it as the Oxfam Festivals setup has changed quite a lot over the last few years with many old faces retiring.
