Hi.

Are Foals and Hot Chip both on on the 16th? If so, do you know what time its finishes?

Hot Chip are the 15th, Foals, the 16th.

The SBSR website is an absolute disaster, but you can find the dates by trawling their Instagram posts. 

The end times are hard to predict, like a lot of European festivals the headliner isn't always the last act on.  They do have music on until about 2am I think.
