Lavelle23 Posted June 26, 2021 Report Share Posted June 26, 2021 Hi everyone we bought tickets for Wilderness 2020 that have been rolled to the 2021 festival but it hasn’t been made at all clear if the boutique accommodation tickets we bought (and paid for in full) have also been rolled and still apply. They’ve not been re-sent with 2021 dates and aren’t in my Ticketmaster account e-tickets. My “festival” tickets are but the accommodation booking is separate. The emails just really haven’t made it clear. We didn’t get a refund for the £1400 paid for the accommodation so I’m assuming it rolls (the Ts and Cs suggest they should offer you equivalent). Does anyone know if they definitely roll and we don’t need to book new accommodation? I’ve tried to contact both Wilderness and Ticketmaster. No phone numbers working and best I can do is submit query to Ticketmaster and they’ve auto responded saying reply will take 21 days!! Tried tweeting them too.
