Thom is playing bass. It sounds like Radiohead so far. It’s good.

The Coldplay set is amazing to be fair. It looks like there’s actually a crowd there.

Now I’ve caught up:

Wolf Alice were awesome. They loved being there and I loved seeing it. Top stuff.

Kiwanuka was pretty standard - good and enjoyable but not blowing anyone away

Kurrupt FM bit was funny

Ezra was fun. I enjoyed him wandering about. Felt intimate and different to the other performances

Idles nailed it. Great setting, Joe Rush randomly welding stuff in the background was hilarious and I loved to see it

HAIM were spotless. Clearly love the festival and stoked to be there. Most talented band out there right now? Lost track of how many instruments they all played.

Coldplay were Coldplay. Spectacular visuals but musically meh. Their new stuff is just awful, but yeah Fix You sounded and looked amazing

Damon was okaaaay. Wasn’t really feeling it. My least favourite Damon haircut and probably least favourite project

Jorja Smith was fun, largely what you’d expect

This Smile thing is surprisingly listenable. Sounds like Radiohead demos really. The cctv camera thing is pretty neat 

edit: just to add, technical difficulties are pain in the fucking arse because this has been genuinely different and incredibly fun. It’s such a shame those difficulties ruined it really.
