£34-ish a night per person for the short stay 2 berth tent, that seems reasonable to me.

But i'm only about a 40min drive away, so it seems a bit daft to camp, that close to home with no extra stuff going on at the site,  but I love the idea of some proper day drinking while sat around the festival area 🙂

Having to check in on the Friday buggers my plan to stay.

Looks good though.

I'm reading it as the only options are Weds-Mon (5 nights), Thurs-Mon (4 nights) or Fri-Mon (3 nights) with everyone leaving site on Monday, and to give a Tuesday clear for tidying up, cleaning tents etc.

If that's correct then it does somewhat b*gger up anyone who needs to be at work Monday morning.

I'm sure you could leave early but yeah... no doubt  buggers up a few people.

Thats why Staycation's were invented.

And theyre pretty much using the same tents that Worthy View normally has on hand, correct?

Looks like it’s the same tents. I like the sound of it and will be booking. Not sure how much demand there will be as it is pretty pricey

Nothing of note in the Guardian piece. It's almost like once the website went live, they had no need to use any of the info/thoughts they'd garnered from some unsuspecting, Glastonbury Festival based, social media bothering numpty.

So I may be being stupid, but I can't see what dates this is going to happen. Is it going to be all summer? Only thing I can find for certain is that it'll be open over August bank holiday!

starts on the 21st July goes on until August bank hol but with the weds, thurs, fri starting caveats. I think.
