Help music venue charities when shopping with Amazon

Hiya, If you set up a charity via smile.amazon.co.uk Amazon will donate 0.5% of the purchase price to them. You just need to make sure you always go via the smile.amazon link.

I’ve used Music Venue Trust but you can use any charity in the UK, maybe one for independents who work in the industry?

Just had an email which said

 

To date, Amazon has donated a total of:

• £111,555.05 to The British Red Cross

I had mine today saying:

To date, Amazon has donated a total of:

• £19,863.14 to WaterAid
• £7,460,532.47 to UK charities

I just tried to change it to wateaid.but it wouldn't give it as anoption

Odd. No idea why you can’t. It was my first choice when I was made aware of the scheme a few years ago.
