it’s fine it’s guaranteed entry. they scan your code in a separate queue.

unless security messes up of course but they should have it sorted now

I wouldn't say you would get in straight away , if you arrive late , you might have to wait for someone to leave.

Do Dice ticket holders get higher priority than 2 weekends holders

Yeah this is what people are saying in the WhatsApp group. If they get there late it's one in one out

I have a question for people who were at Razz yesterday: I'm planning on seing Yung Lean and Drain Gang at Razz1 tonight (ending 23:30) and then trying to get into Razz2 for (maybe Beak?) and King Gizzard which starts at 00:45, more than an hour after the end of Drain Gang. Do you think that with a W1+W2 pass I might manage to get in?

I got to Razz 2 yesterday at 9:00 and queued for an hour and half to get in on the W1 pass, if that means anything to you.  the Queue for Razz 1 was about twice as long as it was for Razz 2

We had VIP 1+2 and got straight in just before J Beth, but someone else in the hostel had basic 1+2 and they wouldn’t let her in via the priority queue. Same in other venues she tried.

That's strange because at Sala Apolo W1+W2 pass and VIP were on the same queue (the one I was in)

I think I will try to get to Razz2 for King Gizz with the VIP and 1+2 line and hope for the best ahah!

Flying Mos Bloody Def into barcelona just to do a couple of guest songs.

Truly amazing!

This may shock ya but Mos Def lives in Eixample. Couldn't believe when I heard the news. He played the Jazztronica festival in November and told everyone he lives in BCN.

So basically what I'm getting from these posts is that it's a total clusterfuck as to who gets in and who doesn't. But if you paid to be VIP you're more likely to get in?

Yep. And way (way) more likely.

But Sunday was always going to be by far the busiest day. So can’t draw too many conclusions.

At the end of the set he marched up the field in his pants and went to buy a beer at the bar. The queue all cheered and parted to let him to the front.

This was fun 😆 I spent the whole set waiting there for a beer but still enjoyed it!

I know, same queue, and 1+2 was displayed next to VIP on the banner. Didn’t get her in though.

Was hoping to PomPom Squad then buzz in to Interpol but now thinking that won't be an option and should stick in PE for the evening.

Seeing interpol at Ciutat would have unplugged some clashes at the Forum on 1st night.

WE2 VIP ticket, but some in our group aren't VIP

I dont think you can learn much from yesterday's queues on how it's going to be looking forward. Like said here before, many flying back today. It will be busy again on Wednesday when the WE2 folks arrive, but keep in mind that poble espanol, which is the largest location, was not really appealing after Simz pulling out, so on Wednesday many more will go there

Hi, a Dice ticket holder for the Interpol gig here. Just one question. I thought my ticket would let me enter the site directly, but now I’m starting to fear that’s not the case, and that what I have bought is just the right to do the normal queue as everyone with a weekend wristband. Is that so? Or is there a diferent queue for ticket holders like me?

the thing is, would I be able to enter directly with my piece of paper or would I have to wait to someone to leave the site in order for me to enter?

I wont have the time to go early, that’s why I bought the ticket in the first place…

thanks

I think you should be alright. The have sperate queues & allow 2Wknd/VIP into the venue first. At Sala Apolo they let us DICE ticket holders about midway through the VIP queue. The DICE tickets should technically guarantee entry no matter what, ppl with them really shouldn't be getting turned away with them.

I might sound socialist here, but they should really give priority to the poor guys flying home today and not to those who still have 3 days of city shows and full festival weekend... but I got in, so no hard feelings

Think it should just be a meritocracy with people allowed in based purely on arrival time.

VIP should be about comfort etc not priority.

Exactly, sorry all vip holders here, them doing it without prior notice is wrong, but removing the vip areas in the front of the stages is the best thing they did

Is almost right now. Though the VIP section should obviously be on the sides, not in the blimming middle where it blocks people’s view of the stage.
