I guess the whole gender thing has become legal...so it is now up to politicians to debate.

But, at same time there's so much other stuff going on that seems so much more important at the moment...but then again doesn't mean it shouldn't be debated I guess...just think it shouldn't be part of a culture war, it's nuanced and complex and needs reasoned debate, not nasty shit.
