I was excited to see Springsteen because everyone says he's so great but that 2009 set bored the shit out of me. Not one for the casuals.

In terms of songs it goes:

1. Dancing in the Dark

2. Born to Run

3. Born in the USA

Everything else he's made. And he didn't even play Born in the USA.

I was there for Bruce in 2009 and same thing for me too. He lost me after 35 minutes and I appreciate him as an artist/band. Most people around me got bored tbh. Trekked over to Franz Ferdinand and glad as it was a blast

I regret staying to be honest but was determined to see Dancing in the Dark!

Self Esteem has some alright songs but definitely not worth the gushing praise currently heaped upon her.

Yeah - agreed.  She's fine, good on her and all that but it largely leaves me cold.  Went with the group to see her in the JPT and there's no doubt she totally smashed it - folk around me bawling their eyes out - but I still wasn't really drawn in.

Yep. I really like her. Think she's ace.

Just a shame the music does nothing at all for me.

Humbug and Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino are comfortably AM's two best albums.

Humbug yes, tranquility no.

It would have been received better if it was an Alex Turner solo album though. I believe that.

Two drummers for King Giz works so well. They sound awesome live.

Saw them last night and can confirm this is true! Always seem to only catch them at festivals, really need to see one of their own gigs as festival sets are too short and I always want more!

I would absolutely recommend that. Saw King Giz in Dresden. Amyl and the Sniffers were the support, both sets had so much energy!
