I think Kacey has a higher chance for Friday since she has that solo gig on the weds. Dont think she is gonna be sitting around for 4 days. unless she is gonna spend actual time at the festival.

 

What if they went all female on friday with Billie? Might be something Emily was aiming for with Taylor but has to do it with Billie instead.

I don't think the Birmingham date means anything now she's on the lineup. Its not like she's playing gigs all week so needs a break. If anything it makes her more likely for Saturday so they're not wasting a day, surely.

Saturday Yves > Turnstile > Haim > Noel > Macca the clash with Bonobo kills me, along with not seeing Idles/Four Tet. 
Sunday > Is jsut a mess, too many clashes.

I struggle to believe Sam Fender is 3rd down Other. I know there was some info before placing him there, but I think he is one of the acts Emily mentioned who has become massive since the original booking.

Outside of sub headlining the Other I can't see where else he would go, I very much doubt they'd put him against Macca.

It would be an annoying placement TBH. He's fucking massive and the Other stage is a bit shit when it's full to the brim. There's bleed from the glade and a path through the back. It's my least favourite area and Sam would absolutely blow the Pyramid off as a sub or third down. He's bigger than the Foals and Bicep etc so he should at least headline Other. 

That said if he had that slot I'd prob have no massive clashes!

Said it elsewhere but I don’t think Phoebe is headlining a stage. I imagine that’s the get out with the Latitude “exclusive” clause. I know exclusives have been broken in the past, but with Melvin involved in both festivals and them announcing a week apart, feel like the Latitude wording is key.

I think they're plenty big enough for it. I can imagine them wanting to keep Doja Cat on the Pyramid and I don't have an answer for Sam Fender but given he's playing everywhere all summer I guess he's just not bothered.

Unless the info was that he is definitely playing Other, I would say he is a potential Pyramid sub. Arguably as big as Wolf Alice/ Lorde who are being touted as the current options.
