LEGO and Other Building Block Systems.

Have a real issue with the Lego site at the moment.

On new years day I made a pretty big order of the new release Star Wars ships and Harry Potter book sets. Some was paid for by Xmas vouchers and some by Paypal. Two of the SW sets were on back order and would be sent later. Fair enough.

Got an email today saying they are back in stock but my payment method isn't working, in spite it going through fine for the rest of the order which is being delivered today. But instead of just clicking through a few links on the site to confirm my details I have to call customer service. 

I've now been on hold for 35 minutes at 00800 number prices, and I've seen on the site while waiting and the sets I want are already on back order. 

Really surprised at this shitty level of service and lack of convenience to the customer. They always seem like a proper progressive and customer focused company so I don't know why they have fallen so short here. This is the second time as well.

I got the 1989 Batmobile. Biggest I've built I think. Very heavy, at that point where the lego itself just wants gravity to pull it to pieces. Still, it was a lot of fun, so I took a few photos.

Zavvi are doing 3 for 2 on busts which is pretty decent.
