edit: also worth noting that their website refers to this as ‘EP1’ so perhaps we’re getting a second or possibly more down the road.

I've had the Nun Gun album on the last couple of days that came out on Friday and its got some great noises in there, good if you're after some dark industrial sounds. It's half of Algiers but not really a massive soundalike.

Another cosy karaoke release from The Vaccines today, this time a cover of Fire by Waxahatchee. After initially being a bit unsure of their QOTSA cover I’m actually really enjoying these covers they’re releasing!

Yep, Flyying Colours looks good, but can't get past Carpool Tunnels band name........

And without stumbling into the realms of heresy, I love the Gizz, but actually starting to get Gizzard overload with the volume of stuff they are shoving out on a regular basis.

Ahahah I only listened to CT because of the name in the first place.

Fair one with KG, I was at a similar point but the last album was much better than expected so I'm back on board, with them dropping so much all the time though its easy to fall back out with them though.

Bit late from when they were actually released, but come across these two and enjoying both. BERRIES are at the grungier end of that 90s female vocal-led guitar sound (think a bit like Beabadoobee) and Gary Numan is, well, it's Gary Numan.

A new rap group, "aroomfullofmirrors" which includes Daylyt, Punch from TDE (although this doesn't seem to be a TDE project) and a bunch of others, have dropped their first single and it's p good
