It's highly probable to go ahead but not beyond the realms of fantasy that it won't and you can understand people's lack of confidence with where the country's at right now. Based upon nothing but a hunch, my own view is that for "normality" to return, we're at the midway point. Which would mean there should easily be a festival in 2022
