His website has him listed for Saturday. It's a "duo show" rather than solo or full band. Wonder if that means a Quarry slot instead?

Would line up with Sleaford Mods being Quarry headliners on Sunday and being on the same row on the poster.

Makes sense. Last time he played he headlined the Quarry solo, so I guess he’s going to do the same as a duo show. Works for both parties - means he isn’t getting a worse billing and allows him to play a full band main stage show in the coming years like he was supposed to last year.

You do realise they use drug detection dogs at festivals these days?

One of the main suppliers to most UK festivals are Inquest Canine, Google them.

Very good company and operators (and their dogs of course).

Random one here, but what should I expect beer wise and price wise? I’m assuming it’s the usual £5 a pint? Id take anything other than carling and fosters. Also, if you have a car is there anyway of nipping in and out on a booze run?

I haven't been since 2016 but it was easy to nip to and from the car (to bring more booze into the campsite if you didn't mind a walk). We just stored extra in the boot and fetched it as needed.

The lager was Tuburg from memory, might have changed since?

In the past they've had a fairly good beer selection, not just branded lager. They did used to have a bar/large tented area dedicated to different ales. Whether it will be scaled back not sure, but they will always have something. It can be a good money earner for festivals and bar owners. It's the generic festival pint prices.

They general have a local brewery do a "special" Y Not branded ale.

Has anyone done the VIP? Got a friend who will be a few months pregnant come the festival but keen to go (has booked a hotel nearby). Reckon she would benefit from somewhere to sit down and no toilet queues which is generally what you get but the website is pretty vague and walking miles from the main stages for them would defeat the object. Any help would be great

Do we reckon we can take anything away from that Truck announcement? Arlo Parks maybe?

I missed her on that poster - she's so low down! I think yes - she's playing Liverpool the Tuesday after y not so I reckon her for y not and kendal if she's playing this type of event (which I'm surprised at- I genuinely thought she was bigger than she is)
