I saw them say Wisconsin expected to be called by 7am EST. So midday?

Each state’s representative gets one vote, regardless of state size.

Not sure why everyone is so convinced Arizona is a done deal for Biden.  Currently it's 51% Biden v 47.6% trump with 84% of the vote (3.4% gap).  At 80% of the vote there was a 5 % gap.  Do people know something that I don't?

Yep, that is how it was played out in House Of Cards. It's funny how the show is about a horrible politician who created fear to stay in power as president and then tried voter suppression out of desperation during an election...

If Trump wins Michigan and PA he wins the White House. Biden winning Arizona and Nevada won’t matter.
