Festival Medical Services - fund raising

I spotted that @Big durbs posted this in the resale thread, but thought it was probably worth a thread of its own, given the brilliant work they do.  As some you know, I had to make use of their services in 2019, and felt really looked after, and thankfully, still got to have a festival!
