The annual “Kane gets injured then tries to come back for the end of season and is blatantly not fit” comes earlier and earlier each year. kaosmark2
That's gotta be embarrassing for Everton fans. We've been awful.

Carbon copy of the first match. An engineered set piece for the first and then caught on the counter trying to equalise. Its been the story of our season though against the physical teams. I don't know why Newcastle fans have a downer on Bruce, it may not be great football to watch but until Ashley goes you could do alot worse with the resources the club has. Wilson is our Jinx player he was the same against Bournemouth. I'm not too down though this season was always going to be a work in progress, Sigurdsson playing holding midfield showed that, hopefully we are going in the right direction building a decent squad that can complete in the future. Because it's not great football to watch, and Ashley spent big for Bruce, while refusing to do so for Rafa. Bruce is also a whiny little bitch. Lots of our players have visibly regressed under Bruce, and the strategy for scoring is very clearly set pieces or pass to St Maximum. Good point about carbon copy of the earlier though. I think the downer on Bruce stems from the downgrade on Benitez (but then it was likely to be), a CV that includes multiple relegations from the Premier League, questions of style, and concern the players are going backwards. The recent winless run has been full of dour, dreadful games - Sheffield United was a real low - and it just creates the perception it's all collapsing. But ultimately, credit has to go where it's due - today, he got it spot on. It's a weird symmetry we've managed to save two of our most coherent performances for Everton, but we so needed it. eastynh
This is bad news for all football fans. When push comes to shove, we need to all reject any ideas of this super League happening. It would destroy English football.

pink_triangle
I can't remember the last time bottom 3 was pretty much decided so early in the season. After a promising start I can see the premiership having a really dull finish with potentially only the Wenger cup undecided going into the finishing straight.
