We're halfway through the list, and to be honest at this stage it's not painting Nadine's tweets in a great light.  Looking less like an outburst against a manufactured and controlled industry and more like a strop that she didn't get a nomination

Yeah there's so many albums I haven't listened to already on this list. The only mainstream album so far has been Dua Lipa's

I think there's a few who maybe are always mentioned as possible nominees that clearly haven't been Ghostpoet also put something out saying he didn't think this year was his year. (when he obviously knows it isn't) Looking at Nadine's tweets seems she was rooting for Richard Dawson. 

I don't begrudge her a bit of an outburst (artistic temperament and all that)

The flip side is Dua Lipa - only her second album but more mainstream friendly and arguably a bigger name.  Should she be excluded for being too "pop"?

I'd rather they weren't on there but have no huge problem given previous nominations. Laura Marling's is her best received (just about) and Dua Lipa's was certainly critically acclaimed.
