Fairly humdrum - cheddar, mozzarella and double gloucester, mixed with pepper and spring onions. I wanted to get gruyère, but even if these less locked-down times, I wasn't going to go to a big supermarket just for some fancy cheese.

Not a growler without the chips. It's not the kind of sandwich you need to close.
