And aye, nice to catch up with people last night, and finally meet @March Hare for the first time. Definitely a later finish than planned. And @stuartbert two hats I have no idea how you were tucking into a fish pie at 2am!

As said by others, it is good to join in for a bit if you've not before. I'm not on these that much but it's been really nice to put faces to the people on the forum.

Did anyone manage to get through the meet without vomiting? I didn’t 🤢

Did you go as well?!

Honestly it's like managing a pack of toddlers.

EDIT: toddlers do come in packs, right? I'm not a parent.

Last night and this morning. Think it’s all out of my system now. That bottle of Baileys I opened last night is suspiciously empty.

You were definitely pouring it with an increasing flourish as it went on. Right up to the point you fell asleep.

After today I’m taking a break from alcohol for a while. Not because of the hangover either. I’m not that much of a lightweight 😂

Sorry i didn’t get back last night, Mrs D was not feeling to well, and went downhill from there, we ended up in A&E at 4 am 😞

shes still in and they are running tests , but something is not rite , luckily she had the jab in early Dec , so it should not be corona related.

I will jump on tonight if Mrs D is still in the hotel’del’southmead .

Big D

Bloody hell that don't sound good. Hope she recovers quick bud

    • was happy to swerve the main stages on Saturday, but thought it was fine for The Cure, we just went down the opposite side & got a decent spot close to the front, everyone into it (admittedly a bit off to the side)   a festival that now books Olivia Rodrigo as a surprise set isn't going to get any smaller, for better or for worse it is miles apart from when I was first going   personally I still find the people amazing, never have any hassle & the line ups are always so strong & diverse.  We will definitely return for the 25th anniversary next year!
    • I love this festival but Mordor has got worse and worse to the point now that I dread going there. 10 years ago there just weren’t as many people, as many bottlenecks and there wasnt the need to arrive early to have a decent spot.
    • Aren't they against touring?
    • If my memory serves me right, it was the other way round - when PS 2022 lineup was released it was already confirmed that she plays Barcelona in May.
    • Cheers! And yep looks identical to Green day's scheduling
