Yeah I had a good laugh at that. They are going to overthrow capitalism with 900k.

They are children.

Dismantle imperialism? What imperialism?

Captalism? You mean the system that's far better than any other. Even Denmark had to correct everyone that they were "socialist".

White-supremacy? Seriously? In the UK, White-supremacy is the biggest threat to anyone in the UK?

If these people were "brave" they would go after places that actually have modern day slavery. Saudi Arabia, China, most of the Middle East actually. They're just communists using racism as a stick to beat people with. And they're so OPEN about it. They literally telling people that's what they're doing, and everyone just tweets out the hashtag and keep their heads in the sand.

Maybe they want to dismantle capitalism and imperialism because modern day slavery may exist in the countries you mention but it is for the benefit of mostly the western world who buy their cheap electronics and clothes without thinking for a moment of the human cost of it.

Also movements these days are not a small group of people with a defined set of principles. They can be plenty more free thinking individuals. I consider myself to be a part of the Black Lives Matter movement because I am actively anti-racist whilst acknowledging my own racism. I am actively trying to improve every day and I will not stay silent about racism but I don't have any card. I'm not a member of any group or political party. I don't have to agree with every aim of an organisation to agree with the basic aims in principle.

If you must and keep up the stellar argumentation (with STILL NO EVIDENCE to support systemic racism OR police brutality

It's funny how those who scream no evidence never want to look at the evidence.

It's within this publication if you can be bothered to track down the full report.

And yes, I realise it's now 20+ years old but if things are as simple as you say today then surely they were back then too.

I believe that the Lammy report highlights many of the same things.

Not really, everyone from MLK to the Panthers agreed capitalism was fundamentally incompatible with equality.

Oh aye, totally agree. Massively unfair system that needs to be changed

was just saying I am not sure crowd funding with that stated aim is the way to go.  I see Rick from the Young ones. A worthy aim certainly and I guess you have to do something but as I say a crowd funding page maybe not

But who knows it maybe that the revolution will be crowd funded

He basically spammed the entire forum with threads about how there were no social groups for people over 40. All in caps. Was quite the weekend. Wonder if I can find one...

I wonder if he ever successfully passed on his fudge...

Do you remember the memory guy and his team too?

Without derailing this thread @Gilgamesh69, I'm sure he kept popping up in various threads offering fudge for ages afterwards too.

Sounds like a nice guy at least. Maybe next year our wishes will all come true and we'll get to eat his fudge while watching Jason Derulo with @Ridin' Solo

This thread could do with being derailed anyway or else we'll soon be reading complaints that there isn't a White History Month 😶
