Freddyflintstonree
Yep Sigrid here too! Loved watching her last year, unexpectedly. Ace.

I took one for the team and went to Liam. Which I didn't hate to be fair, but we should have chosen the Norwegian option.
watsonjm
Confused now. I though it was Glasto Experience Live at 8:30 tonight? Admittedly i'm basing this entirely on the Secret Glasto message i got last night but still? Edited June 26, 2020 by watsonjm
Matt42
I said in another thread but I reckon Sigrid will headline a stage next year. JP or Park. Would be a great choice for the 50/50 initiative and booking females in headline slots.
Freddyflintstonree
That girl having a full on meltdown watching her... We've all been there. I think Sigrid ended up speaking to her or giving her tickets or something.
CaledonianGonzo
The Glastonbury Experience is going to show Stones highlights, but I think there's more to it than just undiluted Mick & Keith.
Joshuwarr
Ah man, this Sigrid set was so good. Song after song was just perfect.

Gilb
Sigrid was great. Another one I'd not normally go to watch but after seeing on iPlayer will do in the future. Plus being a quarter Norwegian I should really be flying the flag!

As @CaledonianGonzo said Jo Whiley and Mark Radcliffe celebrate the weekend that would have marked 50 years of the Glastonbury Festival with an inviting blend of great performances from the archives and live acoustic sets from contemporary artists. The festival, organised by Michael Eavis and his daughter Emily Eavis, takes place at Worthy Farm in Somerset. From humble beginnings in 1970, Glastonbury is now the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world - with a site that is over a mile and a half in diameter. Each year, it hosts hundreds of thousands of festivalgoers, who flock to see performances from the most famous names in music and immerse themselves in the vast range of events that the festival has to offer. This show brings viewers previously unseen or rarely shown moments, including highlights from The Rolling Stones headline set in 2013, PJ Harvey’s rocking 2004 performance shortly after the release of her sixth solo album Uh Huh Her, the irrepressible Lizzo in an early acoustic performance in the BBC garden area, Florence and the Machine’s debut on one of the main stages in 2010, Oasis setting the world on fire on the NME Stage in 1994, plus a reminder of Stormzy’s headline set last year. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000kcjv

sime
Sigrid! Of all the sets the live channel has played so far (watching this way, with the randomness of it really makes it feel like I am there in a weird way!) She has been an absolute highlight. What a great performance!

jyoung
Sigrid was fantastic last year. Immense energy. I thought The xx were great in 2017 to be honest. We were all saying nah they need to headline a stage in the dark but that wasn't the case at all imo. Jamie xx was layering some lovely beats over the tracks. Lush stuff. They got tickets to Latitude festival where she was also playing and met her either before or afterwards.
