I found the Geologists very introverted, much like Howard from Fresh Meat. Never wanted to socialise or go for nights out despite always being invited.

100 of us went on a field trip to Ireland, same coach & ferry, & I only ever remember seeing them once throwing up in the Irish sea on the way there.

I love limestone karst scenery.

That wasn't the geologists on my course, a load of them were my Glasto buddies in the late 90s.

I only know one person who works on oil rigs and one works for BGS, everyone else I still know from my course works in other areas.

The greatest unsolved mystery is when or how did it turn into a festival where about 80% of attendees are wet lettuce's. Possibly the super fence? Or maybe the BBC coverage? I'd love to see the Oxfam stewards from Berkshire stop the hardened festival goers from going about their business in the 90s
