Yeah it’ll just be down to the Hits album. Although annoyingly the vinyl version has been delayed, was hoping for it for Xmas.

Very different circumstances.

My Chemical Romance - members all active musicians and on good terms - always a 'when' and not an 'if'.

Rage Against the Machine - members all active musicians with 3/4 of the band have been playing together for most of the time between Rage activity. Reunite whenever Zack agrees/wants a paycheck.

The White Stripes - Meg has retired from the music industry and the band cancelled half the album tour for the last ever White Stripes tour on account of her anxiety so she has reason not to want to come back.

 

I think it's possible but it won't be easy.
