Without a doubt he will be. He won't resign and Johnson won't sack him. This government have realised that they can pretty much do just about anything and it won't effect their standing with the public.

You don't love to see it. This is not what I was expecting to see at this point, I thought Bolton was done going up and would have reduced down to good numbers by now rather than flatlining or going up.

In general growth rates seem stable, or increasing mildly. Not happy with this.
