I'm sure he was quoted saying he'd like to do an acoustic tour with the Oasis b-sides at some point, that would be quite something (for the Oasis nerds like me)

His Royal Albert Hall shows doing something like this about 15 years ago were immense.

(It's Good) To Be Free

Talk Tonight

Fade Away

Cast No Shadow

Half the World Away

The Importance of Being Idle

The Butterfly Collector

All You Need Is Love

Don't Go Away

Listen Up

Sad Song

Wonderwall

Slide Away

There Is a Light That Never Goes Out

Don't Look Back in Anger

Married With Children

Then he did it again in 2010, all acoustic:

(It's Good) To Be Free

Talk Tonight

Fade Away

Cast No Shadow

Half the World Away

Don't Go Away

The Importance of Being Idle

Listen Up

Sad Song

Wonderwall

Rockin' Chair

Slide Away

Digsy's Dinner

Whatever

The Masterplan

Married With Children

Don't Look Back in Anger

Then I saw him at RAH again a few years later as NGHFB. On the day it turning out the support was himself. Doing similar again!

The press took the piss for Noel "supporting himself". But it's nothing more than anyone there wanted!

(It's Good) To Be Free

D'Yer Wanna Be a Spaceman?

Listen Up

Sad Song

Slide Away

Cast No Shadow

The Importance of Being Idle

Wonderwall

Dead in The Water cut from the set on iPlayer? Odd move

Yeah really annoyed with that! Thought it was great on the night too, I wonder whose decision to pull it was. If you look to where it skips to the start of little by little he is not happy about something soundwise and staring to his left! Maybe they had some technical issues...

The Royal Albert Hall (Dreams we have as children) is on Spotify now. Had it on CD years ago, brilliant gig. Love it when Weller comes on

They must be some good drugs mate.

As much love as there was for McCartney, it was just underwhelming compared to his 2004 headline set. It didn't even make my top 5 performances of the weekend. And the same drugs were at work at Noel and Paul 😉

It's one thing to be so drunk to go to the wrong place. You can go "oh shit" and laugh it off once you're sober... It's another to sober up and then double-down on it. Pure entitlement and just dickhead behaviour.

Ladies and gentlemen, Mr Noel Gallagher.

I seen Noel at Islington Chapel when he was still with Oasis - about 200 odd people there. Sublime

I came on here to mention that.  It was incredible.

It's here, if you want to re-live it:

If memory serves, Kasabian supported with an acoustic set, which was also great.

Difficult to believe that his set on el Pointo wasnt the nost heinous thing he did all weekend, but yet again he fails to meet even the lowest expectations.

Also a bit harsh. Would rather see NGHFB than LG, but also would probably be rather locked in a lift with a bear than either of them.

FFS don't give the bear a guitar, he'll start smashing out Wonderwall and then you're in a world of shite

i think the major issue is that he's not disabled, and he finagled a way onto the disabled platform by flashing an AAA pass and being an insufferable bellend. Which is many things, but is definitely not a disability.
