CaledonianGonzo
^ Not heard the album yet but have liked the singles so it's on the list to dive into at some point.
priest17
If you like heavy shit with time signatures randomly thrown in surely just to annoy the listener give this a go Edited November 13, 2020 by priest17 Edit: That's a positive description by the way, it slaps

priest17
That Foo fighters song starts so promising but doesn't fulfil any of its promises by the end. Shame.

priest17
Obviously loved The Wytches (although it's not running music) and I enjoyed the acca dacca album again bit had these three on all weekend; Ghost Funk Orchestra have released a great (now bare in mind I don't really know genres that well) trumpety relaxy album. Good for a lockdown afternoon. Pink Siifu and Fly Anakin (I'd never heard of either not gonna lie) have collaborated on an album as FlySiifu. Great hip-hop. Looking forward to going through their solo stuff Then more hip-hop with the new Goodie Mob album, which is great timing with Atlanta in everyone's good books. Some great features on there as well (There's b2b Andre 3k and Big Boi tracks so if you squint your ears you've almost got an Outlast reunion). (I'm trying not to drink this lockdown and I'm bored out of my mind so enjoy my stupid long post)

priest17
New Slowthai, another new album, TYRON, to throw on the 5th of Feb pile. Has that great one w/ James Blake on it and another track with Denzel Curry which is always welcome. This is nice as well, wonder if he'll keep his sound mellow till he feels like everyone's past the NME awards incident, its working for him though. Some good stuff on there like the first release. some pass me by tracks as well. Did make me explore the output from L'Orange as well and loving some of that stuff. Sucker for old movie/tv samples

FloorFiller
New Miley/Dua Lipa song is a bit of a let down. Feels like it should go off at any moment and then never does. Hopefully there’s better coming on the album:

Yep, enjoying this a lot. Cribs had always completely passed me by, for some reason I had completely written them off in my head and never listened to them. Since Running Into You came out I've been really looking forward to this.
