That said, I do agree with a lot of what he says. The lyrics in particularly are laughably bad.

Yeah it’s certainly a Cribs song. Hardly a band I come to for this experimentation though so I’m happy. Looking forward to the album.

South East Corner gonna pop off when this gets dropped next year.... I don't really know what I was expecting with The Blessed Madonna on this track (honestly, I was just expecting the original beats with Madonna and Missy on it) but this is banging. I doubt its gonna storm the top 40 but I really like this version tbh.

I found it pretty uninspired and flat if I’m honest. Don’t think it’s done anything very interesting with original track.  Choked full of big names but not actually very thought through or interesting.

Yeah I think it's a huuge improvement from previous album Ellispis , Biffy are back to being weird and unpredictable and really enjoy that in their songs. I thought "Cop Syrup" was bonkers!

I'm actually a bit buzzin for the new Killers album, howabout that.

I'm a lot more buzzin' for the new Osees album which apparently is dropping the progier stuff they've been goin pretty hard with for the last couple of albums in favour of some slappier 2 minute numbers, I liker the 2 songs we got so far

tbh I'd be interested if anyone could work out why I've taken to them to be honest, I've been cold on the killers for over a decade now.

I’m in exactly the same boat. Thought The Man and some of the last album was pretty good, and all of these new songs are really doing it for me. Never thought I’d see the day that I’d be excited for a Killers album, and hope the rest of it can live up to the unexpected pleasure these singles have been.
