Yes, summer solstice is Saturday June 20 and by then I will be in Glastonbury town , climbing the Tor,  enjoying the atmosphere in preparation for the short ceremonial drive to the hallowed ground!

Better than that, a Vauxhall Astra with a glasto car park sticker and a driver who manages to get lost during the short journey down winding country lanes  trying to follow the worthy view sign which I later learned had been knocked over by some smart arse.

that turning is easily missed ... so when you leave you are saying ...Astra la vista baby .... ( ive got my coat ) :)
